
If the paper does not move while pulling, check the fuser area near the toner cartridge. While pulling this paper out, make sure the paper is properly aligned. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer. Please note, I can only give you truthful information which you may or may not like but it is truthful information to your question. Most of all the latest printers work from 10.10 onwards. If it still not working, then you need to buy a new printer which works on 10.10 and later versions. That is the only option you have and this is a compatibility issue. Open System Preferences > Printers and Scanners. Remember, there aren't official drivers for 10.10, so you need to try the drivers and software for 10.7 and see if it works.
